Hi, I’m Dr. Hina Sharma
This program is taught by me, Dr. Hina Sharma, a former ICU director bringing over 20 years of real-world leadership and experience, along with some reputable experts in the field. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I led ICU teams through medicine’s most uncertain moment — training clinicians with little critical care experience to think clearly, act decisively, and save lives.
In that constantly shifting environment, when ICUs were overwhelmed, and teams were stretched beyond capacity, I developed a structured approach to clinical judgment: how to assess, prioritize, and act when the stakes are highest and the information is incomplete.
This course is the legacy of that work — training today’s clinicians to think with clarity from routine inpatient care to the moments that require decisive escalation.
In inpatient and acute care medicine, treatment guidelines are accessible.
The real challenge is arriving at the right diagnosis — especially when you are practicing independently.
Learn With Me is designed to help clinicians build structured, confident diagnostic reasoning across imaging, laboratory data, EKG, echocardiography, and patient history.
My Philosophy
Who is this for
This course is designed for providers who care for hospitalized and critically ill patients and want to feel more confident in complex clinical situations.
This includes:
Acute care and ICU providers who want to strengthen judgment, not just follow protocols
Residents and fellows who want to enhance their training and improve real time decision making
Nurse practitioners and physician assistants transitioning to inpatient care
This is not a board review course.
This is mentorship in how to evaluate, reassess, and think clearly when patients are sick.
What you will gain
After completing this course, you should feel:
More confident reviewing imaging independently
More comfortable interpreting laboratory abnormalities
More structured when synthesizing clinical data
Better equipped to recognize emergent pathology
A definitive shift from isolated intuition to structured certainty
The problem
Most training programs emphasize protocols.
Few programs explicitly teach how to integrate:
X-ray, CT, and MRI
Laboratory interpretation
EKG and echocardiography
Focused history
Rapid clinical assessment
In real practice, these inputs arrive simultaneously. You must synthesize and act decisively.
